I am François HAUET, an IT professional. A graduate of the Epitech "Grande École" Program (Class of 2024), I currently work as an IT Project Manager at SOLUTEC, on assignment for EDF (Électricité de France).

My expertise lies at the crossroads of technical and functional domains: I steer complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support organizational Agile transformation (SAFe, Scrum).

On assignment at EDF, I work on optimizing IT change management and industrializing maintenance slots for the French nuclear fleet.

  • Steering: Coordination of maintenance slot industrialization and KPI monitoring.
  • Agile: Support for Agile transformation, popularization of the SAFe framework, and structuring of Jira backlogs.
  • Analysis: Gathering functional requirements for critical maintenance processes.
